Charlotte, NC | February 18, 2020 – Jackrabbit Technologies’ co-founder, Mark Mahoney, accepted honors for his company’s growth for the 9th time in the 11 years of the award’s history at the 2020 Bulldog 100 hosted by the University’s Alumni Association on February 8, 2020. The attendees were treated to a sneak peek at UGA’s new West Endzone facility adjacent to Sanford Stadium.
Jackrabbit Technologies, the leading provider of class management cloud software serving 15,000 students in youth activities centers across 27 countries, was recognized as the 98th fastest growing among companies owned or operated by the University of Georgia alumni.
Mark Mahoney, 1983 graduate of the Terry School of Business with a BBA, shows his excitement about his company’s growth in his comments:
“I am honored to represent Jackrabbit Technologies as a leader – not only among software providers to our youth – an important segment of our society – but also as a leader among companies recognized by Bulldog 100 program. Excellent participation from Bulldog owners, the program brings the brightest and best in business together in celebrating our efforts, our success and our recognition.”
This year’s gala honored 100 companies selected from more than 530 nominations. To be considered for the program, an organization must have been in business for at least five years, had revenues of $100,000 or more for the calendar year 2016, and be owned or operated by a former UGA student who owns at least 50% of company or is the CEO, President or Managing Partner. The program recognizes the fastest-growing businesses regardless of size by focusing on a three-year compounded annual growth rate average.
