Mark Mahoney, CEO and co-founder of Jackrabbit Technologies, has been selected for the Smart Business Dealmaker Hall of Fame along with five other notable entrepreneurs in Charlotte.
The October 26th event recognized those selected for the Hall of Fame. As a lifetime achievement award, this is a special acknowledgement of Mark’s business acumen and his leadership as Jackrabbit Technologies’ co-founder and CEO, a supporter of other business owners, and resource for entrepreneurs.
Clarity on why Mark was under consideration for selection was provided by David Jones, co-founder of Flexential:

He started Jackrabbit and then stayed with it, building a 25 M dollar boot-strapped company with consistent growth for 20 years. To do this, a leader must understand that building a company is a marathon, not a sprint, and know how to put a deal together whether it be with business sector leaders, partners or employees.”
