Jackrabbit provides web-based solutions for classed-based businesses, helping owners or managers of gymnastics and cheer gyms, child care centers, camps, dance studios, martial arts schools, music schools and swim schools operate and grow their organizations more efficiently and effectively. Anne Lafferty and Susan Lylerly come on board as Customer Service associates and Bill Price joins as Senior Software Developer as Jackrabbit continues growth in 2010 by making a 33% expansion to its team.
Anne Lafferty works with Jackrabbit’s growing client family in answering questions regarding solution features and their use. Susan Lyerly provides more technical expertise in supporting customers by handling data imports for new clients.
Bill Price is focused specifically on development of software enhancements. Jackrabbit leads its peers in the rate at which it adds software enhancements. The development and customer support teams work together to directly funnel user input into the development cycle, enabling Jackrabbit to provide an average that totals more than 100 software enhancements per year.
