Clients Served, Team Members Nurtured, and Revenue Numbers Reached Enable Jackrabbit to Climb to Impressive Heights
May 2, 2023 – As Jackrabbit Technologies reviews its Quarter 1 numbers, there are some that specifically stand out in a good way.
- Jackrabbit’s clients span all 50 states and 36 countries.
- 15,000 schools leverage Jackrabbit for operational excellence.
- The number of total clients served eclipsed 7000.
- The number of team members Jackrabbit employs to serve those clients rose to 118 with 7 employees starting during Q1.
- Together, the 118 employees have generated almost .25 million in revenue in one quarter alone.
And there are no plans to slow this growth.
Jackrabbit is the Machine That Keeps Youth Activity Centers Going
What is impressive as well is that Jackrabbit ran almost a billion dollars through its ePay system, giving its clients the safest and fastest way to collect its money that any solution in its market can. It is literally what runs the business for youth activity centers.
‘We’re growing more quickly than expected but we’re ecstatic about it!” Darin Soll, Chief Operations Officer notes.
The entire team and their families will celebrate for an entire weekend late in the summer. The celebration features lots of relaxation and fun with some congratulatory activities and remarks sprinkled in.
When Darin and co-owners Mark Mahoney and Mike Carper talk about Jackrabbit’s growth it sounds like attaining these types of numbers is a piece of cake. After all, Jackrabbit is a 19-year-old leader in providing SaaS solutions.
“Jackrabbit just makes it look easy. We – all 117 of us – work hard every day to make this happen,’ says Soll. ‘We use our core values to set the standard – and we don’t waiver.”
Jackrabbit’s Core Values Hold the Line
The company’s core values are:
We own it. This is ours to win or lose.
We connect with others. Without connecting we don’t have productive relationships with clients or with each other.
We foster a drama-free environment. Always positive, in everything we ask “Is it true, is it necessary, is it kind?”
We are courageously outspoken. We encourage healthy, respectful discussions, and different – even unpopular – opinions.
We look for the win-win. Our employees are empowered to explore and exhaust our resources to find and develop solutions.
With this foundation, Jackrabbit employees can approach every problem, issue, solution, and celebration with the same enthusiasm for knowing what they do is supported by leadership and is simply the right thing to do.
Clearly, a company with these core values can help clients to be better versions of themselves and provide nothing short of the best software and services in the youth activity industry.
