Charlotte, NC | December 14, 2009 – Class management software provider, Jackrabbit Technologies, introduces a new series of videos that makes learning its software system easy for organization owners, managers and their staff members. Jackrabbit offers twenty-eight videos from its websites that cover functionality of each of its key feature sets. The rapidly-paced, audio-guided videos average about 5 minutes each and provide information that enables new users to become totally acclimated to all of Jackrabbit’s features in a mere 2.5 hours.
Jackrabbit’s originally began offering training videos in 2005 after the first beta program was installed in a Raleigh, NC gymnastics studio. Today’s announcement introduces an enhanced series that includes new feature information, covers software updates and utilizes new, more engaging technology.
By offering its training in a video based format that is easy to access, Jackrabbit helps its clients provide training for staff members without the need to work around schedules or training staff availability. Studios, schools and gyms that use Jackrabbit’s software also enjoy the ease to referring back to the videos anytime they need a quick review.
“The videos are absolute life savers. Our schedules are so hectic that blocking off several hours for in person or webcast training sessions would have been impossible,” comments Stacy Schmidt, owner of Studio 21 Pom & Dance Academy. “The on-demand format gave us flexibility then and now when new employees need to be trained.”
Jackrabbit’s twenty-eight training videos cover all features from Apparal Management to Financial Reports. The series provides a concise system overview as well as a quick description of what sets Jackrabbit apart from other systems and service providers.
“We knew from the beginning that owners and managers, regardless of what kind of studio or school they have, would need a flexible training method to use in their own training and in getting their staff members to a good proficiency level with the system. Online videos are just a natural fit for what we provide and who we serve,” says Mark Mahoney, President and CoFounder of Jackrabbit Technologies.
